Veterinary Services at our Hospital include:

• Wellness Exam and Vaccines: We recommend a minimum of a yearly wellness visit. Regular visits are important not only to keep up to date on vaccines, but also to identify any new problems, discuss issues such as weight management, diet, and dental disease, and to allow us to make recommendations to maximize your pets’ health at any life stage.

• Spaying and Neutering: We highly recommend spaying and neutering female and male pets at six months of age. These are very important procedures to prevent unwanted pregnancies and future medical problems, such as cancer and infections. At your pet’s spay and neuter visit, we are also able to address other issues, such as clogged tear ducts, retained baby teeth, identifying early orthopedic issues, and implanting microchips, if desired.

• General Soft Tissue and Orthopedic Surgery: Our doctors are very skilled at many different types of surgery, in addition to spaying and neutering. If your pet requires surgery, please discuss your option of having surgery performed at Ramsey Veterinary Hospital with one of our doctors.

• Preventative and Corrective Dentistry: Oral and dental health is extremely important for the overall wellness of any pet. At Ramsey Vet we can provide your pet with state of the art dental care, including dental radiographs, surgical extractions, ultrasonic scaling and polishing.
