Veterinary Services at our Hospital include:
• Wellness Exam and Vaccines: We recommend a minimum of a yearly wellness visit. Regular visits are important not only to keep up to date on vaccines, but also to identify any new problems, discuss issues such as weight management, diet, and dental disease, and to allow us to make recommendations to maximize your pets’ health at any life stage.
• Spaying and Neutering: We highly recommend spaying and neutering female and male pets at six months of age. These are very important procedures to prevent unwanted pregnancies and future medical problems, such as cancer and infections. At your pet’s spay and neuter visit, we are also able to address other issues, such as clogged tear ducts, retained baby teeth, identifying early orthopedic issues, and implanting microchips, if desired.
• General Soft Tissue and Orthopedic Surgery: Our doctors are very skilled at many different types of surgery, in addition to spaying and neutering. If your pet requires surgery, please discuss your option of having surgery performed at Ramsey Veterinary Hospital with one of our doctors.

Our on-site laboratory, digital x-ray and digital ultrasound can provide immediate diagnostic information critical to your pets care. If surgery is necessary for your pet, our modern surgical suite is fully equipped for the highest level of surgical and anesthetic care and safety.
